BWC Terminals Completes Acquisition of NuStar Texas City Facility 

HOUSTON – December 8, 2020 – BWC Terminals, a provider of bulk liquid storage and logistics services in North America, announced today it has completed the acquisition of NuStar Texas City Terminal located in Texas City, Texas.

This acquisition allows BWC Terminals to further strengthen its position along the U.S. Gulf Coast to support its strategic business objective to deliver innovative liquid storage solutions across North America in the petrochemical, hydrocarbon, renewable, and agriculture markets.
