BWC Employees 1st Fund, employees helping employees who have experienced significant hardships caused by disasters and personal hardships such as hurricanes, fires, floods, or significant medical expenses.

BWC has elected to partner with the Employee Assistance Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, to administer our BWC Employees 1st Fund, allowing all donations to be tax-deductible.

BWC Terminals will match $2.00 for every $1.00 donated through December 31, 2021, and $1.00 for $1.00 after that.

Employees can make donations by check, credit card, or payroll deductions.

The Employee Assistance Foundation will determine grant amounts based on funds available, the eligible needs of the employee, and guidelines developed by BWC Terminals.
