Celina Carter

Senior VP AND GENERAL COUNSEL

Celina Lopez Carter joined BWC Terminals in December 2021 bringing 20 years of business and corporate law experience in the energy and industrial services industries. Prior to joining BWC Terminals, Celina served as Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Paragon Integrated Services Group. She was responsible for legal affairs, corporate compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to Paragon, Celina was General Counsel of QMax Solutions and held senior roles at M-I SWACO, a business segment of Schlumberger. Celina began her career as an associate in the Corporate, Business and Banking section at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.

Celina earned her J.D., magna cum laude from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas-Pan American.
